positioning-mapper
Use when the user asks to "map our positioning", "name our competitive alternatives", or "pick a beachhead segment for the launch"; produces a Dunford-style positioning canvas — named competitive alternatives (including spreadsheet and status quo), unique attributes (verifiable, or routed to the claims ledger), value themes (attribute→benefit→value chains), a target beachhead segment scored on serviceability / pain intensity / reachability, and a one-sentence onlyness statement — the sole upstream of the message house and the entity-signal source for the canonical entity profile. Not for the message house or per-channel launch copy — use message-house-builder; not for audience/persona profiling itself — use audience-mapper; not for SEO keyword positioning — use keyword-research. 定位画布/竞争替代品/独特价值/滩头细分

What it does
Positioning Mapper Builds the Dunford-style positioning canvas that the rest of the launch stands on — the named competitive alternatives users actually weigh (including spreadsheet, manual process, and "do nothing"), the unique attributes only this product has, the value themes those attributes ladder up to, the beachhead segment to win first, and the one-sentence onlyness statement. It is the first move of the RAMP Research phase and feeds two RAMP-R sub-items directly: positioning canvas complete (named competitive alternatives, unique attributes, value themes) and ICP/beachhead segment…

Use when the user asks to "amplify influencer content with paid media", "set up whitelisting or Spark Ads", "decide which posts to boost", "repurpose influencer content", "turn one video into multiple ads", or "build a UGC asset library"; produces (paid mode) a content-selection scorecard, a paid amplification strategy (whitelisting/boosting/dark posts), audience targeting, and a budget+optimization plan, or (repurpose mode) a rights-tracked content inventory, a 1-video-to-10+-asset repurposing map, per-format transformation specs, and a 30-day distribution plan. Not for gating whether a deliverable is publishable or FTC-compliant — use creator-content-auditor; not for the always-on brand posting calendar — use social-calendar-builder; not for drafting a net-new idea into platform-native packages — use social-creative-builder. 复用达人内容 / 内容放量.

Use when the user asks to "find influencers", "build an influencer list", or "discover creators in [niche]"; produces a multi-platform candidate pool, per-influencer evidence profiles, authenticity red-flag screening, and a Fit-readiness queue without action ranking. 673 installs 2.7KMarketing - pitch-narrative-builder
aaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skills
Use when the user asks to "build our pitch deck narrative", "write a fundraising story", or "structure the sales pitch narrative"; derives from the narrative canon a company pitch/deck narrative — problem → the undeniable shift → product-as-hero → proof → the ask — as a slide-beat outline (one narrative beat per slide, with the claim ID each proof beat rests on), for both a sales pitch and a fundraising deck. Every proof beat is labeled Measured / User-provided / ''[needs source]'' and unverified ones route to the claims candidates. Not for the launch-window battle cards and talk track — use sales-enablement-kit; not for the durable message hierarchy or the arc itself — use message-system-architect / strategic-narrative-designer; not for finished deck visual design — out of scope; not for claim adjudication — use offer-claims-registry. 路演叙事/融资故事/销售 pitch/幻灯节拍
