- design-taste-frontend
leonxlnx/taste-skill
tasteskill v2, the anti-slop frontend skill. Art direction for websites, distilled from a study of 247 curated gallery sites (One Page Love, Awwwards Sites of the Day). Deals researched directions (idea, composition, type, palette, photographs, section blueprints) from a library, enforces a strict no-slop house style with a real-browser inspector, and runs a look-and-fix loop on screenshots. Use this whenever you build, design, redesign, restyle, polish or review a landing page, marketing site, portfolio, product page, one-pager, hero or any public-facing web page, in any stack (HTML/CSS, React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Astro, Tailwind) — also when the user says a page looks generic, templated, "AI-made", sloppy, or asks to make it look designed, premium, award-level or less like every other site. Not for dashboards or app screens.
- caveman
JuliusBrussee/caveman
Terse caveman voice: answer first, fluff gone, every technical fact kept. Use for /caveman, "caveman mode", "talk like caveman", "be brief", "less tokens". Stays on until "stop caveman" or "normal mode".

- high-end-visual-design
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Teaches the AI to design like a high-end agency. Defines the exact fonts, spacing, shadows, card structures, and animations that make a website feel expensive. Blocks all the common defaults that make AI designs look cheap or generic.
- redesign-existing-projects
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Upgrades existing websites and apps to premium quality. Audits current design, identifies generic AI patterns, and applies high-end design standards without breaking functionality. Works with any CSS framework or vanilla CSS.
- minimalist-ui
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Clean editorial-style interfaces. Warm monochrome palette, typographic contrast, flat bento grids, muted pastels. No gradients, no heavy shadows.
- skill-creator
anthropics/skills
Create new skills, modify and improve existing skills, and measure skill performance. Use when users want to create a skill from scratch, edit, or optimize an existing skill, run evals to test a skill, benchmark skill performance with variance analysis, or optimize a skill's description for better triggering accuracy.
- caveman-commit
JuliusBrussee/caveman
Write a Conventional Commits message compressed to intent only. Use for "write a commit", "commit message", /commit or /caveman-commit.
- caveman-review
JuliusBrussee/caveman
Compressed code review - one line per finding with location, problem and fix. Use for /caveman-review, "review this PR", or "review the diff".
- caveman-compress
JuliusBrussee/caveman
Compress a memory file such as CLAUDE.md or a todo list into caveman format to save input tokens, keeping a readable backup. Sends the file's text to the configured model provider. Trigger: /caveman-compress.
- ui-ux-pro-max
nextlevelbuilder/ui-ux-pro-max-skill
UI/UX design intelligence for web, mobile, and desktop. This skill should be used when designing, building, reviewing, or fixing interfaces, including pages, components, design systems, accessibility, interaction, responsive layout, typography, color, charts, and stack-specific UI implementation. Searchable local data: 79 searchable styles (50 active), 192 product palettes and reasoning profiles, 74 font pairings, 119 UX guidelines, 105 icons, 17 GSAP presets, 25 chart types, and 22 stacks.

- full-output-enforcement
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Overrides default LLM truncation behavior. Enforces complete code generation, bans placeholder patterns, and handles token-limit splits cleanly. Apply to any task requiring exhaustive, unabridged output.
- brainstorming
obra/superpowers
You MUST use this before any creative work - creating features, building components, adding functionality, modifying behavior, or planning anything new, in software or out of it (a talk, a business, a renovation).
- caveman-help
JuliusBrussee/caveman
Quick-reference card for the three caveman skills and their commands. Trigger: /caveman-help or "caveman help".
- gpt-taste
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Elite UX/UI & Advanced GSAP Motion Engineer. Enforces Python-driven true randomization for layout variance, strict AIDA page structure, wide editorial typography (bans 6-line wraps), gapless bento grids, strict GSAP ScrollTriggers (pinning, stacking, scrubbing), inline micro-images, and massive section spacing.
- industrial-brutalist-ui
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Raw mechanical interfaces fusing Swiss typographic print with military terminal aesthetics. Rigid grids, extreme type scale contrast, utilitarian color, analog degradation effects. For data-heavy dashboards, portfolios, or editorial sites that need to feel like declassified blueprints.
- stitch-design-taste
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Semantic Design System Skill for Google Stitch. Generates agent-friendly DESIGN.md files that enforce premium, anti-generic UI standards — strict typography, calibrated color, asymmetric layouts, perpetual micro-motion, and hardware-accelerated performance.
- brandkit
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Premium brand-kit image generation skill for creating high-end brand-guidelines boards, logo systems, identity decks, and visual-world presentations. Trained for minimalist, cinematic, editorial, dark-tech, luxury, cultural, security, gaming, developer-tool, and consumer-app brand systems. Optimized for intentional logo concepting, refined composition, sparse typography, strong symbolic meaning, premium mockups, art-directed imagery, and flexible grid layouts.
- image-to-code
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Elite website image-to-code skill for Codex. For visually important web tasks, it must first generate the design image(s) itself, deeply analyze them, then implement the website to match them as closely as possible. In Codex, it must prefer large, readable, section-specific images instead of tiny compressed boards, generate fresh standalone images for sections or detail views instead of cropping old ones, avoid lazy under-generation, avoid cards-inside-cards-inside-cards UI, and keep the hero clean, spacious, readable, and visible on a small laptop.
- imagegen-frontend-web
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Elite frontend image-direction skill for generating premium, conversion-aware website design references. CRITICAL OUTPUT RULE — generate ONE separate horizontal image FOR EVERY section. A landing page with 8 sections produces 8 images. Never compress multiple sections into one image. Enforces composition variety (not always left-text / right-image), background-image freedom, varied CTAs, varied hero scales (giant / mid / mini minimalist), narrative concept spine, second-read moments, and a single consistent palette across all images. Optimized for landing pages, marketing sites, and product comps that developers or coding models can accurately recreate.
- imagegen-frontend-mobile
leonxlnx/taste-skill
Elite mobile app image-generation skill for creating premium, app-native screen concepts and flows. Designed for iOS, Android, and cross-platform mobile products. Prioritizes clean hierarchy, comfortably readable text, strong multi-screen consistency, controlled color palettes, non-generic creative direction, textured surfaces, image-led composition, tasteful custom iconography, and clean phone mockup framing. By default, screens should be shown inside a subtle premium iPhone or similar phone mockup with a visible frame, while the main focus stays on the app content itself. This skill generates images only. It does not write code.
- emil-design-eng
emilkowalski/skills
This skill encodes Emil Kowalski's philosophy on UI polish, component design, animation decisions, and the invisible details that make software feel great.

A little help from the depot
What a skill is
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file: a short description of when to use it and a set of instructions the agent follows when it does. Some ship reference files or scripts. Because the format is plain Markdown, the same skill works in Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI and a dozen other tools, and anyone can publish one on GitHub.
The agent loads a skill only when the task matches its description, so installing many costs nothing until one is relevant. Good skills encode a workflow or a set of rules an expert would apply: how to review animations, what a landing page must not do, how to run a customer interview.
How to read the numbers
Installs come from skills.sh, the package registry most people use, and count every install through the CLI. Stars are for the whole repository, not the individual skill, so a small skill in a famous repository inherits a big number. Prefer installs when comparing two skills that do the same thing; prefer stars when judging whether a repository is maintained.
Safety
A skill runs with the same permissions as your agent, which usually means it can read and write files and run commands. Treat it like installing a package: read the SKILL.md, look for scripts in the folder, and prefer authors you recognise. This directory shows an excerpt and links to the source; it never rewrites or hosts the files.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the official skills registry?
No. skills.sh is the registry the install CLI uses. This is an independent, searchable index built from public GitHub repositories, with install counts taken from skills.sh.
How do I install a skill?
Copy the command on the skill's page and run it in a terminal: npx skills add owner/repo@skill. Add -g for a global install and -y to skip prompts. See the install guide for details.
Why are the descriptions in English?
They are quoted from each skill's own file so nothing is lost in translation. Category names and the interface are translated.
How often is the index updated?
Daily. The date is shown under the search box.
My skill is missing. How do I get it listed?
Add the agent-skills topic to your GitHub repository and make sure each skill has a SKILL.md with name and description in the frontmatter. It will be picked up on the next rebuild. Or email us the link.
